HOLD POLICY

Memberships may only be placed on hold for medical reasons and a request for hold must be accompanied by a doctor's note unless otherwise agreed upon with ownership.

CANCELLATION POLICY

TTR CrossFit member must give notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to membership renewal date unless otherwise agreed upon with ownership. Please note…even if you notify your instructor, you are still required to put in a written notice for cancellation. Save record of the email to serve as your cancellation receipt. 30 day money back guarantee applies to regular memberships and not pre-paid agreements.
